Individual Coaching
Are you ready for a heart-mind-behavior transformation?
As a Christian professional or entrepreneur you worked so hard to obtain the level of success you are experiencing now.
While you still want to advance your career or scale your business to the next level, at this moment in life you want to invest more effort in your personal growth.
You want to become more like Jesus: humble while knowing well your identity, serving others out of love, speaking words of grace and truth to people in your life, being dependent on the Father and bringing glory to Him.
Becoming more courageous, caring, generous, joyful, adaptable, patient and resilient are deep desires of your heart.
While the result of the growth process is very rewarding and enjoyable, the process itself is sometimes challenging and uncomfortable.
At times like those, you’d like to have someone by your side to help you:
see new perspectives and overcome your mental roadblocks,
encourage you to own and use your internal and external resources (ones that you are aware of and others you don’t know yet that you have)
take courageous and consistent action, especially when the result you desire doesn’t seem close
be accountable for your progress... and also be grateful for every small progress and lesson learned
hope in the Lord while doing your part
learn to enjoy the journey, too, not only the final destination.
It’s my pure joy to come alongside and to help you become the person God wants you to be so you can do all the great things that He put on your heart!
Your transformational process is faster and more enjoyable when you have someone by your side.
I have over 20 years of work experience in helping people improve their lives as a social and emotional intelligence coach, life coach, psychological counselor, clinical psychologist, trainer, social worker, and personal development group facilitator.

I believe in a holistic approach to personal growth that involves character traits, a new mindset, skills, habits and authentic relationships - all these support each other and help us experience a sustainable change.
For Christians, the foundation of that kind of change is a renewed heart, one that is submitted to God and transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
This is the growth process which has been validated through use in my own life and with all my Christian clients so far:
Clarity personal vision, values, desires and aspirations so you’ll know your direction and you’ll have enthusiasm to get there
Set your growth goal on the firm foundation of knowing and owning your identity in Christ and also knowing the strengths that you already have and you can leverage
Renew your heart-set (let the attitudes of your heart be transformed by the Holy Spirit, repent and get rid of self-centeredness and all the barriers you might have in your way) and renew your mindset (intentionally choose a Biblical mindset and get rid of misbeliefs, false narratives and dysfunctional thinking paradigms that keep you “stuck”)
Take consistent action with trust in God so you can develop character traits, skills and habits that enable you to become all God made you to be
Develop supportive relationships with people that encourage and challenge you to become better
Be grateful for your progress, refresh yourself and continue your growth journey with renewed enthusiasm and hope in God.
I believe every person is unique and therefore so is their growth process.
I’m here to help you become more aware of your internal and external resources because negativity bias and harsh self-criticism are challenges for almost every human being.
I’m here to help you discover your own particular paradigms and misbeliefs that keep you stuck. I’m so pleased to help you replace your paradigms with ones rooted in God’s reality.
It is my pure joy to encourage, challenge and support you in a way that is working for you.

“…encouraged to make decisions and to be independent…”
“I have always found sessions with Daniela being empowering and motivational. She saw my potential, she stood by my side and literally ‘walked with me step by step’ through this process, boosting my confidence with a lot of love, patience and encouragement. I appreciated that I was encouraged to make decisions and to be independent, so I can continue on my own after finishing the coaching process.”
- Andrea, UK
Here are some of the benefits that my clients reported after working with me in coaching:
Improved self-awareness and confidence - knowing and owning their identity in Christ, their strengths and development areas
Deeper relationship with God, out of love and as a response to His love
Renewed mindset rooted in God’s word
Improved ability to manage their thoughts, feelings and behaviors
Better communication skills, therefore healthier and more enjoyable relationships
A framework for growth and achieving goals that they can use in their life again and again, after finishing the coaching process
The joy of living more in alignment with Christ’s way
What is your investment in the coaching process?
Your financial investment may vary depending on your specific goal(s) you’ll chose to work on during the coaching process.
$350 for a package of 4 coaching sessions
$685 for a package of 8 coaching sessions
$1,000 for a package of 12 coaching sessions
All packages include:
60-minute individual coaching sessions, with recordings for you to review at your leisure
on-going email correspondence in between sessions, so you can have all the encouragement and support you need to get unstuck and reach your goals.
I’m flexible with the way some clients need to spread their coaching sessions — for some very busy people bi-weekly sessions work the best. Other clients decide for 3 weeks coaching, one-week break. It depends on people’s schedule and also on the goal(s) they choose to work on during the coaching process.
You can also opt for one 60-minute coaching session - $95.
This is a great fit for you if you want to clarify your personal vision and set your growth goals. I’m a big advocate of setting goals by looking at the gap between your ideal future (where you want to go) and where you are right now.
Also, one session is a great fit if you want to prepare for a job interview, a sales call or for a difficult conversation. This session can help you to check your mindset, learn to better manage your emotions during the interview or conversation, clarify what you’ll say and understand how it might land, and just prepare yourself by remembering your why and choosing the right attitude towards the other person.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the difference between coaching and therapy (or counseling)?
In explaining that difference, I’m quoting ICF who offer the following information on their website: “ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching focuses on visioning, success, the present and moving toward the future. Therapy emphasizes psychopathology, emotions, and the past to understand the present, and it works more with developing skills for managing emotions or past issues than does coaching.”

Can I stop the coaching process and receive a refund for the sessions I didn’t use?
Definitely. (Though I am happy to report that, since the beginning of my work as a life coach 8 years ago, I have not yet received such a request.)
